  1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been received and verified. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

  1. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

• Canada: 3–10 business days
• United States: 5–12 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  1. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

  1. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to select international destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by their country.

GOD IS KING is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

  1. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, GOD IS KING is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

  1. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. GOD IS KING is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be reshipped.

  1. DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward a suitable resolution.
